Our Origins

In 2021, faced with challenges including a shortage of new entrants into skilled trades, rapidly changing technology and regulations in the home services industry, and a need for leaders in their growing company, Chris and Joe Hoffmann founded Hoffmann Brothers University (HBU). This multimillion-dollar investment addresses these issues head-on, providing comprehensive training and development opportunities. HBU demonstrates the Hoffmanns’ commitment to maintaining their position as the premier residential services company in the country, ensuring a well-trained workforce equipped to handle evolving industry demands.
